We have problems with glow effect on shapes, there are no more displayed on chrome 87.0.4280.88 and also on Microsoft Edge (based on chromium). It works with Firefox.
Is it a chromium bug ? Have you got a solution (maybe with CSS)since we wouldn't want to open all our e-learnings, change all glow effect with outline and replublish all ?

One thing odd is that if you add a Picture Border to an image object, the glow comes back.

Did this get resolved? I'm publishing something with a glow outline and it is working again.

Great catch, and you're right. The glow effect renders correctly on Update 47 on my side, too.
We're careful about testing to make sure we remove all instances of a bug, so we'll jump back in once an official fix is live.
