I've read on this site about updating the browser window closing instructions contained in the goodbye file. I can see the text on screen when I test and close an elearn but I've opened the goodbye file that is stored in the Program files on my C drive and it just has some format colour code etc but does not contain the text I see on screen. Is there another file I need to access for 360 version.
Hi there, Helen. When you open the goodbye.html file in Notepad, you should see something similar to this:

Thanks for your response and offer of assistance but I think I have sorted it. Unfortunately I was not seeing the pink outline text in your post. There was same html script, but in place of the text just this:'{1}' despite the fact the default text was displaying on the closing window of my published elearns. I then experimented with updating the text in the goodbye html file of published versions of the elearn (before using the zip option in Storyline). This worked, but as this was not really a sustainable practice for a large volume of elearns I kept looking. I found the option to update the goodbye html text from the Text Labels menu in Storyline Player and was wondering if the {1} listed in my program files goodbye html was a way of deferring to whatever was listed in the Text Labels menu in the player. I then replaced the {1} in the program files goodbye html file with the desired text and a graphic (which I stored at the same level directory as the program file goodbye file) and it worked! So thinking that the goodbye html file in my program files was set up to defer to whatever was listed in 'Text Labels' in the first instance unless edited.

So, all good now and I learned a lot! :)
