How to modify the LMS HTML 'goodbye' text page in published course

Hi There,
Im not a developer but need to know how to edit the 'goodbye' HTML page text to say something slightly different - is this possible and how?
Image one below shows the location of the file in question..
image two below is the 'goodbye' file opened online, however it is uneditable through the internet browser (IE)developer tools...
Instead of 'The content has ended. You may close this window.'
We would like to have this adapted to say: 'The content has ended. Click on 'Exit activity' above to select your next module from the module menu.'

Actually - what I really need to know is, is there somewhere in Articulate storyline pre-publishing where I can edit this text??

Dear Susan,
Was unable to find a pre-publishing location. However you can open the html in notepad and try to change the message.
