Graded Questions - Answers Locked

Good afternoon Articulate e-learning heroes, I have come to a stop on a project that I am working on and would to ask for some advice and help which would be most gratefully received.
I have created a 40 multiple choice assessment using Storyline360 and the requirements are that the student is able to go back and change/review any answers that they have selected should they wish before going to the result page. I have enabled "unlimited" on the slide page and also inserted previous buttons to go back as far as they wish.
My issue is that when they go back to a multiple choice question and they have originally answered it correct, they are unable to change this to another answer. This tells them that basically they have selected the right answer and do not need to change it. even though they cannot.
How can i disable this option that even though they were right originally, they can still change their answer.
Any help or feedback will be very much appreciated

Hey Paul,
Do your quiz question slides have a trigger that says, "Submit interaction when the user clicks the Submit button"? If so, this trigger will prevent the learner from going back and changing their answer.
Instead, you'll want to give the learner the option to submit their answers all at once. Here's how you can set that up!
