graphical texterror when opening pptx with articulate

Hi together,
My Name is Samuel and I am from Munich, Germany. I prepared a presentation for my Institute, but I still have Problems with a graphical error. The text is sorrounded with pink and other Colors. In my Power Point (2013) window it seems to be ok, but when I open it with articulate ("Preview") or in my Homepage it changes to this strange Color. I already created the slides completely new (without copy-paste) and changed signs etc. Can anyone help me?

You may find that some text boxes are unexpectedly filled with colors or gradients in your published output. This is a known issue. It'll be fixed in the next update for Presenter. In the meantime, here's how you can correct it.
