Graphics are skewing when Published

Help! The base layer progress bar on my slide is getting skewed when I publish. I have tried adjusting a bazillion setting but can't figure out what's causing the problem.

That looks like it may be caused by the display you are using. Please be sure that you are using 96 DPI and if you need instructions on how to check or adjust this, take a look at this documentation.
