on some of my layers, the graphics will show up at the beginning of the timeline when in review mode or articulate review mode. These graphics are supposed to show a later time. when I leave the page and return it behaves correctly. I am not sure why this happens in review mode.

You probably need to show an example for people to understand what's happening
So, these graphics should not show up at the beginning like this. They arent' this way on the timeline. I have also attached the file.

Thanks for sharing your file with me. Based on your GIF, it looks like the problem happens on slide 4.2, is that right?
When I reviewed that slide, I didn't see any issues with the timing of the animations. Here's a screen recording of my testing.
You can also test the published slide here. Do you see the same issue when you test that link?
