Grey bars when i publish a Storyline 2 course

Hi. Wonder if you can help me. I keep having top and bottom grey bars when i publish out my course.

I've gone to the Player properties, all the ticks are unchecked for menu/glossary etc. Theres no default PREV/NEXT buttons on any slides, just my own navigation buttons.

Under colour and effects, i've clicked on 'show advanced color editing'. All the borders are set to white, all set to 100% transparent. This did get rid of the large grey outline around my course.

But now its just a top and bottom grey bar i cant seem to get rid of.

I did have a look at 'http://www.articulate.com/support/storyline-2/how-to-create-a-chromeless-player-sl2' and i also downloaded a 'chromeless' player someone uploaded but its still the same issue

Has anyone solved this ? I thought it would be easy !
