We have made the menu player into restrictive and have locked down the next button to only be available when the timeline ends on each slide. We have a total of 10 scenes. We want to disable/grey out the future scenes until the user is done with the previous scene. Is there a way to use variables to accomplish this?
I don't think that you can 'disable' them as long as you are displaying the menu, but an option may be to collapse the scenes until the user reaches them.
You can do this via Player > Menu and collapse the scenes.
You can also change the text color in the Menu under the player tab, then under Colors and effects, show advanced color editing.
You will want to edit item "List item - Normal text" and make this a grey or lighter color, then edit Item "list item - viewed item, and change that to a darker shade.
You can update other text items in there as well.
This wont disable them, but the restricted and locked navigation will prohibit them from selecting them before finishing a slide or scene.
