I have created several projects in Storyline 3 but my last two are showing a grey screen at the start, that when the mouse hovers over the center of the screen it changes to select mode. When then selecting the screen, the presentation runs normally.
I initially thought this was a LMS issue but when I launch the presentation from “story.html or story_html5.html” files the screen appears.

Does that first slide/page have media on it (audio or video) which plays when the timeline starts? Web browsers no longer allow for that:

I saw a post about this problem in SL2, applied that to this issue and have solved it.
I do not understand why two out of seven are having an issue and the other five are not when using the same audio on each first screen!!!
