Hi all. We have created an interactive car presentation with Storyline 360. It,s embedded on a web page and works as marketing material. Now when a new visitor lands into the page, the Storyline 360 course will load a grey screen with a play button. Is it possible to replace the grey background with an image and how should we do it??
As the article suggests, you may want to add a slide before the video slide and include your background image with a custom Play button to advance to the next slide. I hope this helps!

Some web browsers are no longer allowing media to autoplay, which is why you see the start screen come up.
