I'm getting these grey spots on my screens and I can't figure out why. I am just creating slides with images (jpeg images), no layers, but these areas are stil showing up. I publish the course for an LMS.
The jpegs shouldn't have any affect on it. But I would suggest trying to troubleshoot it by removing some of the images one by one. There might be an image that storyline doesn't like and is causing this problem. If all the images are removed and it is still causing than it might be something else.
Also, does this happen when you view it outside the LMS? or a normal web page?

Is it because the images are jpegs?
Hi Tina,
I don't know if you've run across this thread, but Sam offers a way to figure out which item is causing the issue within your images.
