Some learners (i think learners whom are retrying the quiz) are getting an updated score but not getting a 'Completed' status....

 

 

I think this information is usefull to at least get a starter point. Maybe only the first try is working...

Sometimes the issue comes from the LMS, not from the course itself. Maybe you can set something in the course setting in your LMS.

Inside Articulate, if you are doing everything right but the problem persists,  I don't know the structure of your file but you can add a button with a Quiz Reset trigger. Maybe it works!

Hi there Chris,

Have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet?  It might be worth uploading the course there and purposefully retrying the quiz to see if you see the same behavior as you see in Moodle. We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues.  We are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your file!

They might be re-entering a previous attempt in review mode and having the score overwritten - try changing the Moodle setting "force new attempt" to "yes" - also keep an eye on the masteryscore setting within your SCORM package - Moodle also allows you to disable the masteryscore behaviour - you might want to set "Mastery score overrides status" to disabled.
