HELP! Bizarre behavior in video published in html 5

Mar 22, 2013

HI guys, we need a solution quick. We published a lesson for viewing in HTML 5. We have no idea of what is happening.  Here is the situation.

We have a slide with 3 hotspots. Upon clicking a hotspot, a layer with a video (with its playbar) is displayed automatically. That plays fine.  BUT!!!!!!!!!!, if we leave that screen and return, click the same hotspot to view the layer with the video, the video DOES NOT start automatically as it should. Instead, we have to press the big play icon in the middle of the video. THAT is NOT the worst part. The worst part is once the video starts playing, the pause button on the playbar DOES not work, thus the video keeps playing. If we close the layer, the video stops as it should, but upon openng the layer again, the video either does not start or keeps playing from where it left off AND WE CANNOT STOP the video using the playbar.

urghhh?!! suggestions? Bug? Need help ASAP.

Thanks
