Help! Corrupt file, lots of work lost!

Hi, in Storyline 360 today, I tried to preview a file I'd been working on for 4 hours and got this message:

"This project is invalid or corrupt and cannot be opened. It may have been created with an earlier version of Storyline."

I've read all the fixes on this site and none worked. Are there any new fixes/advice?

I tried to create a new file and import your slides in - when I did this I could see all the slides but when I selected all I got this error message

Are you working on your local drive? I've seen this error message when I've been trying to upload to a network or external drive and there has been a lag and the file upload has failed.

If you have 'saved' the file at least once there may be a copy in your temp folder.
