I created a drag and drop from 'convert to freeform' put all the layers on with the wizard and the triggers never came in.... why is this? I am using someone elses template and still have trouble with feedback from other questions not coming in even though set to feedback
Without seeing your file, it's difficult to say, but you'll want to take a look at the information here in regards to working with freeform drag/drops and you'll also want to confirm you're working with local project files as described here.
Also, if you're customizing the drag and drop triggers, that may override some of the built in options/functionality so that could be a part of the issue you're experiencing.

sorry can't send the original template as wifi is awful at moment ANY feedback or links most appreicated
