Help! Jumbled text appearing on slide.

Hi everyone!
I was hoping to get some sage advice from one or more of you! The text on one of my slides is rendering in complete gobbledygook when viewed on our LMS and I have no idea as to what could be causing it:
As you can see, it's happening with all live text on the page, including text on our custom player which is part of the slide master. It has us totally baffled and I was wondering if anyone has seen this happen before and if there are any solutions?

Hi Tom,
That does not look like fun at all! I am curious, when you view your course before you publish it or when you publish it and review it locally (not typically recommended) do you see the same behavior? If so, you'll want to check your DPI settings to ensure they're set to 96 DPI.
If you're only seeing this on your LMS, I'd suggest trying to publish it on another site for test purposes such as SCORM Cloud or publish for web and upload to Tempshare. If the text looks normal there, you'll want to connect with your LMS team about how it's reading your Storyline files. If you're still seeing the odd text on either of those testing sites, can you share the .story file with us here? You could also send it to us privately here.
