I am having trouble using the Markers in Storyline. I have used this engage feature previously in modules and had no issue. However, now, when I enter content in the description part, it does not show when I preview.
Has anyone else had this issue? Any workaround?
I have already deleted and re-added and had the same problem each time.
I am having this issue with a course right now. Within the whole course my markers aren't showing the text that should be there. Was there ever a work around for this?
It looks like Wendy has pointed you in the right direction here! If you're still having trouble, you're welcome to attach your file (or even just one slide) to this discussion thread, and we'll take a closer look. :)
Hi Nicole, and welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community!✨
I see that you’ve reached out to our Support Engineers and are working with my teammate, Cleo. You’re in great hands! We’ll continue the conversation in your support case.

Hi Michelle,
I had similar problem with markers. What I did was; I deleted the markers and inserted again.
Good Luck.

Hi Annette
you don't happen to have the checkbox ticked 'Audio only' that would stop text from displaying.

Did anyone find a solution for this? My text is not showing in preview mode either?

I know this is old, but I had the same issue. If you select all of the numbers and "bring them to the front", it will work again.
