"I have 20 questions in a quiz, but if a learner selects the wrong answer to any of the first 3 questions, they fail the course. If they answer the first 3 correctly which are critical to life saving for patients, then they move on to answer the remaining 17 with a passing score of 80%. How do I do this?".
You could do two quizzes, first one of the 3 questions requiring 100%, if fail, do over, if pass, go on to the next 17 questions which get set to 80%. As long as your Menu does not allow the user to go to both, you should be good.
