Help on Mobile publishing: 'mobile file could not be found'

Hi Heroes

I published and republished, took the previous story.file again, renamed, relocated, re saved, republished...

and here is the message I get every time...I try to Zip the mobile published file...

Therefore I cannot upload my mobile version...

Can any heroe help on this...before I think my course file is un-usable for my Ipad publication ...? ;((

Hey Julie,

Sorry, I don't think I've seen that error. Have you tried running through the steps here? Are you able to open a ticket and send us the .story file so we can get a closer look at what's going on?

Just a wild guess here, but could the path to your graphics file (including all the characters in the name) be greater than 256 characters? I've seen weird things like this in other Windows programs sometimes with long path names.
