Although Articulate Storyline and Articulate Studio '13 support a wide range of audio file formats (AAC, AIF, AIFF, M4A, MP3, OGG, WAV, WMA), not all codecs and bitrates are supported. If you encounter either of the issues described above, we recommend converting your audio files to 16 bit 44 KHZ PCM WAV for best results.
If I encode my videos to certain settings, it seems that Storyline will re-encode on a simple quality scale 0-10, can I bypass this setting to use my settings?

Thank you so much, I had recently put my export settings to "standard" which put the audio at 56 KHZ for some reason. maybe that is it.

last, are you saying Wav is the best , even though it is not a lower size file?
Hi Kyle!
Here's how to adjust video compression in Articulate Storyline or even turn it off.
The documentation about the wav file is if you were having difficulty. There are many supported file formats.
Thank you very much
