Help please! Simple interaction won't work

Hello lovely community,

I'm hoping someone may be able to help me. I have one slide in a rather large module created in Storyline 360 which we can't seem to work out what is causing it to not work.

The first layer reveals ok when the object is clicked, however it then sticks and nothing will move forward (the further 3 layers will not reveal).

I'm really new to Articulate, so it is probably just a rookie error, but my colleague who is highly versed can't work out what is happening either.

We have copied it into different scenes, but to no avail.

The initial base file was a standard static file from the Articulate 360 Content library which I then added triggers to. I have since rebuilt the whole thing from scratch with the same outcomes.

Hi Danielle

there seemed to be some errant objects on screen when you clicked the group icons 2, 3, and 4 - not just the small text box but also larger text boxes with nothing in them.

I also hid the 4 .......... text boxes on stage and moved the 4 icons away from the character as I think she was overlaying the ability to click on them.

I still think the template is a little buggy but see if the change I made on your file attached is ok

I find that groups sometimes don't play very nicely - I would recommend using icons or saving the group as pictures and re-inserting them - I think it gives more control.
