Help! Screen Recording & Text Entry Issues

Hi All!  I'm hoping someone can help me as I am nearly ready to pull my hair out! 

I have gone to update an old course which is all screen recordings in both view and try modes.  I have removed a whole section and added in a new screen recording of a different process in the system.

The new screen recording in try mode doesn't seem to have recognised the text entry part of the process.  The screen recording was of a program opened in Google Chrome and unfortunately this is the only browser that supports the program so I have no option to record again in IE.

I have tried to manually enter text entry fields and while this works absolutely perfectly when I preview the course in Articulate, once published it doesn't work and no text boxes can be seen!  Please help!!
