Help: Sound Not Syncing in a Video

About 30-40% of the time when I insert a video through Media and select the option to record using my webcam built into my laptop, the sound does not sync with the video.  Basically the sound does not align/sync with my mouth.  I am not on WiFi as I am connected directly to our corporate network and do not have speed issues.  Is there a way to identify what might be happening or to go back to the videos and somehow line up the sound with the video?  Thank you in advance for any support and help!

Sorry to hear you're having syncing issues. Are there other programs or applications running in the background? If so, could you close everything except for Storyline and then give it a simple repair to see if there's any improvement?
