There are some video's I've made for explaination on a subject. The problem is that after uploading the course the voice and the mouth are not insync. While the original video's are fine. I've tried using high quality but I can not get this working fine. What can I do??
I'm happy to look into the sync issue with you. A few questions to start:
Which version of Storyline are you using? Click the Help tab, then About Storyline.
Do you see the problem during preview, in the published output, or both?
Are you comfortable with sharing the Storyline file? We can troubleshoot it in a similar setup and report back with our findings. Simply use this case link to share it privately.
I inserted the video and play it in preview and the voice and the video match. As it plays the voice and the video become more and more unsynched. The video plays just fine if I play it in my windows media player.
Here is the kicker.. I have two videos in the training piece I am working on, and only one of the videos are having this issue.

2. I am seeing this during the preview... the training is not finished so I have not tried viewing it as published.
I've looked to see if we've received your project, and it doesn't look like we have. Once you submit your file, we'll respond immediately, confirming that we've received your project.
If anyone is running into a similar issue, I'd recommend connecting with a Support Engineer so that we can begin troubleshooting toward a fix!

An update to this... I published it onto review 360 and it still has the voice and the video going out of sync.
