Help with 360 photo and video

Is there a way to edit only the mobile version of a storyline project?

And/Or can I get help with this issue?
 
We are using a 360 degree photo with markers. When the one marker pops up there is a video placeholder and a button to play the video (explore the room).
 
However on mobile, the video is playing behind the pop-up and you have to drag the pop-up away to see the video playing. Most people won’t know to do this and it looks unprofessional.

Any ideas? It’s not on a layer because it’s a marker.
 
It works fine on the desktop, but this is needed for mobile/ipads.
