So I've managed to get the Likert survey to report to our LMS but it looks like gibberish. When I had issues with our survey essay entries doing the same I just renamed the boxes. I can't find how to fix this. The Likert survey responses are crucial to our database and it won't record correctly.
It's only picking up the main title as a question and not the 5 questions we are asking them to respond to on the survey.
