Hi, I am new to Storyline, and Storyline 2 is what we have our online learning in. Just recently some of our courses have not been playing properly, the next button won't come up, so people can't complete the course.
First, a few questions to help us unlock this mystery:
Do you see this problem during preview, in the published output, or both?
If just in the published output: Where is published output hosted?
On the affected slides, do the Next buttons have conditions?
