Help with Variable Change

Hello,

I have a pretty long scene that I am working.  I created some variables and triggers to prevent the user from being able to use the next button if they have not completed all of the content on the current slide.  I have it working correctly on one slide.  I have it set up in the same manner on another slide, but it will not work.  I tried setting it up on a third slide and it would not work, however, when I had someone test it, they said it would not let them move forward until all had been clicked (I removed the variables and triggers-- so I am not 100% that is true).  I have attached a screenshot of my trigger panel for the slide.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
