Hide an object when I click any object

I have a slide with ten objects on it. When the user clicks on an object, a new layer shows up and can be closed afterwards so the user returns to the base layer.
That was the easy part.
To attend the user on the possibility to click on an object, there is an object "click on an object for more information".
After the user has clicked the first time and returns to the base layer, I want to hide that "more information" object.
Is it possible to hide such an object with a trigger like: Hide - when user clicks - any object'?
Cannot find such an option which implicates that I must create this hide trigger for each of the objects, in this example I must create ten triggers (Which I hate to do and hate to maintain).

You could try a trigger like this:
Thanks Michael, that was one of the secrets I didn't knew so far, very helpful.
All my objects are in groups, and as a group has no states, I have to add states to all the objects themselves but that can be done.
