Hide Layer if Low Score
Aug 09, 2016
Hi there,
I'm using a quiz in storyline. I want the user to be automatically redirected into a secondary quiz if they do not pass the first one. Right now I have that happening with a jump to scene trigger, but I don't want the user to see his or her score on the first quiz. As it is, the user is briefly shown their failing score before storyline jumps to the next quiz. Is there a way to hide this altogether so my participants don't feel crummy and see the low score?

Hi Natalie
you could add a shape that hides the result information if user fails and trigger to hide the shape if the user passes so it reveals the score
Well it's a workaround I wasn't expecting to be successful, but it was! Thank you!
Glad it worked for you Natalie - it's all smoke and mirrors. Good luck with your project.
Glad that Wendy was able to assist you here Natalie - don't let her tell you that her skills are an illusion :) Thanks Wendy!
