Frequently, when I capture my screens for software simulations, I need to go back and cover up sensitive data. Can this be done with a Storyline screen capture? I would need to do it for both video displayed as a single slide and step-by-step.
There may be times when your screen recording contains sensitive or unwanted information, such as an email address or an advertisement. You may be able to remove or hide those items after you've recorded your screencast. Here are a few options.
Recording in Replay is just a straight screen recording, so there aren't any options to include a shape over sensitive information or remove those elements from the timeline as in the Storyline set up. You can trim the video's beginning or end in Replay as shown here.

Thanks, Peter. I just tried a few of your suggestions and they work great!
Does this same functionality work in Replay '13?
