Hindi translation file corruption issues: Storyline 360

My team has been having many issues with importing translation documents for a number of modules that are being translated from English to Hindi. Issues included blank text boxes and generally huge amounts of text disappearing from the translations that said they was 100% complete.
We've had one massive issue with one file where it cannot be published. As soon as the translation doc is imported, the file cannot be published in any format. An error always pops up before the publishing process finishes. The file is corrupt and we have no idea what part of the translation document is causing this or how to fix it.
Any one with similar issues or guidance on how to fix the corrupt file would be appreciated!
