Incorrect answer and now Storyline is frozen

All,
Thanks in advance for any insight you can provide. We published our Storyline project and a learner ended up getting frozen on one of the quiz questions after submitting the wrong answer on the previous question. What happened was it took them to the next slide and said incorrect answer. Now they can't answer any further questions. We are scoring them so we don't want to provide more than one attempt.
Users are on Chrome browser and going through the eLearning within LMS system.
Is there a setting I need to change for with an LMS or is this a known bug?
Thanks for the help!

Hi Kylan,
Did this only happen to one user or are you able to replicate the behavior? Just to confirm I'm understanding the set up:
The user sees Q1 and answered incorrectly, proceeds normally to Q2.
Once on Q2, the course freezes, and automatically submits an answer and/or advances to the next question
Once on the Q3 slide, the user can no longer answer any questions, nor navigate back or forward?
This sounds fairly unusual, and if it's happening across the board, I'd suggest first taking a look at testing the course outside your LMS in a site such as SCORM Cloud for example. It's an industry standard for testing LMS content. If you're able to replicate it there we'll want to take a look at the .story file to see settings and do some additional testing.
I was able to duplicate the issue inside the LMS system but when I tried to duplicate it locally (outside of LMS), the problem was not happening.
The user clicks Q1 and answered incorrectly, proceeds to Q2.
Once on Q2, the course freezes, but tells the user that their last response was incorrect.
I also checked SCORM cloud and everything works fine on there. So, I'm assuming a configuration/hook-up issue with the Storyline file and the LMS provider (ePath Learning)
Thanks for the help!
Hi Kylan,
If everything worked as expected on SCORM Cloud you'll want to share that with your LMS team. I'm still unclear on the part where it's telling the user that their last response was incorrect - is this the slide layer from the previous slide still appearing on Q2? Either way - SCORM Cloud is an industry standard for testing as I mentioned, so I'd defer to your LMS team for additional troubleshooting.
Yes, the slide layer from the previous slide is showing up on Q2..very strange. I've reached out to the LMS provider so hopefully we can come up with a resolution.
Thanks Ashley
Very bizarre Kylan - please let us know what the resolution is, and again you'll want to share the SCORM Cloud example with your LMS team to showcase how it should be working.
I actually have this same problem hence i am contributing to the discussion 8 months later. We use Skillsoft LMS and it has happened to a number of our staff when going through the course. We also have a situation where a page is just frozen and its blank. Don't know what to do about it really and it's causing a real problem with the user.
Hi Bola,
Did you reach out to Skillsoft? As per other users in this thread it didn't occur in SCORM Cloud and that's the industry standard that we refer to in regards to how the published output should behave.
Yes I have spoken to them, they do struggle to deal with the issue though.
