Hopefully not a stupid question!

Hi all,
This may be a stupid question but I'm hoping you can help - I'm fairly new to design but I've seen how helpful this forum can be.
I have recently been introduced to articulate storyline as I have been designing elearning modules for our new starter training.
Design is something I'm passionate about and I've started to work on some projects in my spare time.
A friend of my has a YouTube account and wants an intro creating for their videos. My instincts tell me I'd need to use a different program but articulate is the only program I have any experience in.
Is there anything I can do in articulate or are there any similar programs you can recommend?

Hey there Jordan, welcome to Heroes!
It sounds like you'd like to use Storyline to create a quick intro video, is that correct? I'll have to defer to the community on their experience with using Storyline for this, but I can share a bit more about Storyline's limitations with publishing to an MP4 file.
Storyline doesn't publish to a single file, so what you'd need to do is publish the course and then record the published output using a tool such as Replay. If you're an existing Storyline customer, click here to get your free license of Articulate Replay.
That's exactly what I'm looking to do. Great, I'm interested to hear what everyone has to say.
I wasn't aware I was entitled to that so thanks!
I'd look at one of the whiteboard video creating programs. Some of them are free.
Thanks Walt,
Are there any specific programs you recommend? When i search for whiteboard video creating programs there's a lot to choose from.
Thanks
I work for a large institution that has a subscription to VideoScribe, which I like, but it is a bit pricey. I think you have to match cost and benefits to choose the one that suits your needs the best.
