Hot Shots not working on download and only partial download occurring Apr 09, 2019 By Kathleen Hoban Hi, When I try to publish my storyline, Articulate is not picking up the hot spots. Additionally, only 1 or 2 screens are being published out of 97. This works fine in the Preview mode. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Kathleen

Let me grab a few details from you so we can determine next steps: To which format are you publishing (web, LMS, etc)? When publishing, where is the output being saved? You'll want to make sure you publish to your C: drive. After you publish, how are you viewing the output? Thanks!
