hotspot click multiple clicks

Hi,

I have one hotspot and each time the user clicks on it I would like a new flag to appear. for example:

1 click = 1 flag

2 clicks = 2 flags

3rd click = a third flag appears

etc

Is anyone able to advise whether this is possible and point me in the right direction?
