Hotspot Glitching

Hi there,

We are experiencing a weird bug with one of our hotspot questions, post-publishing and uploading to our LMS.

As a user, we click the correct spot on the hotspot question. However, it gets marked as wrong. I've attached an image of what the slide looks like on the Review.

When we tried the hotspot question in Preview, it worked every time. However, now that it's loaded in our LMS, it doesn't. This is not the first time we have experienced this.

Any clues on how to help us fix this?

Hi Sara,

You'll also wanted to check the slide properties to ensure they're set to "resume saved state" so that when the user revisits the slide they see the answer they selected and then the "review" should work correctly. Also as Wendy mentioned, testing on SCORM Cloud is a great idea, as it's an industry standard for testing LMS content.
