I have an activity where students have to complete 5 exercises. I'd like a grayed pie chart where the 5 wedges/triangles appear (get colored) after each exercise. What would be a good way to do it? Does anybody have one that you might share? Thanks.
Thanks both. @Phil I found the pie shape (I didn't know Articulate had it). The wheel animation looks nice, but I don't think it'll help me in this situation. Let's say a student completes 1 exercise (out of 5), then the pie should show only one wedge. The student then moves onto the second exercise (the pie should show two wedges), etc. The wheel animation would work if a student had to complete one exercise in some determined time, but I don't see how it could help me in this scenario. I think I could create a pie shape, save it as an image, and then create 4 further pie shapes with the corresponding wedges, so that I can insert them as the student progresses. In other words, what I need is a pie chart acting as a progress bar.
You could use 5 pie shape overlaid with different sizes 1 for each wedge, have state changes that perhaps changes them from grey scale to colour as they progress, happy to mock something up if that would help

Hi Manuel
maybe this thread will help with some ideas

You could use the pie shape in Storyline and this can animate in nicely with the wheel animation

Can you help me with the pie shape in storyline?
Hi Dhanashree,
This thread is a bit dated, but there are lots of good ideas here.
I'm sure if you share the .story file that you're working on, someone may be able to jump in and help you out with your design.
