How can I make the feedback balloons remain static?
Jan 27, 2015
Hi everyone, I have a tutorial that was original created in Articulate Storyline, and then I opened it in Articulate Storyline 2 to make some edits. Everything seems to be intact, except for the feedback answers in each of the quizzes. When I try the quizzes in preview mode, after I choose a correct or incorrect answer, the feedback balloon shows up for a short 1 second period and then it transitions (or I should say, moves itself to the outside borders of the slide). I thought there was some sort of animation in those balloons that I had to remove, but I can't find any animation attached to them. I need the feedback balloon to remain static when it shows up, so that the learners can click on continue to move to the next slide. Does anybody know how to fix that? I really appreciate any tips. Thanks!

Hi Paula
i remember reading someone's post about timelines being shortened on some converted storyline files, some riggers in feedback layers dropping off.
Hello Paula,
You will want to make sure the trigger from the Continue button on the feedback layers is still there. This trigger is normally set to hide the layer, and jump to the next slide.
You could share the file here if you would like us to take a look.
