Hi, I have created & published 3 project and have uploaded them to our online SharePoint. I have then provided a link to staff to access the training materials, but no one can view them except for me. We have tried different browsers, but everyone except for me gets an error message. What have I done wrong when saving the project?
Hey Rose- just to tack on to what Wendy is exploring...
You should be able to host Articulate content in SharePoint Server. However, it won't work with SharePoint Online (the Microsoft Office 365 Hosted Edition), since it doesn't support HTML files. You mentioned "online," so I wanted to clarify that, first.
If you're using SharePoint Server, check with your SharePoint administrator for instructions on how to upload HTML content. Depending on your version of SharePoint, you may need to switch to an "explorer view" before uploading content, or you may need to "check in" content after uploading. Your administrator will know for sure.
If you need to track learners' progress and results, publish your Articulate content for LMS (SCORM) and use SharePoint's free Learning Kit:
Am pretty sure that our sharepoint is enabled to support HTML files, as other training packs created in Captivate by other training leads are on our Sharepoint and accessible to everyone.
I have checked in the folders/files - but as advised in the prior email, I am the only one able to access & view the packs on the sharepoint.
Is there are step by step guide on how to upload to Sharepoints to enable our employees to view them?
I am getting more requests to create these great training packs, but struggling with this.
Yep, permission are required - but the people that I asked to access the training brief via the link have permission. One is actually the owner of the site:(

Hi Rose
I've seen something similar before where SharePoint put's your username in the link which means only you can view it. Is the link to a 'shared' area?

Hi & thanks Wendy. Yes, the link directs our staff to the pack on our sharepoint, but everyone gets an error message except for me:(
Permissions on the sharepoint folder?
