How can learners take their results "to go"?

Sep 20, 2012

We've created a course and want learners to walk away with a personalized To Do list at the end. It's fairly easy to do this using variables, but how do we actually give the list to learners at the end of the course beyond just displaying it onscreen? Storyline doesn't allow you to email results. We've tried printing from the screen, but it gets fairly distorted. Help! I need ideas. We need learners to be able to access their personalized To Do lists once they've closed out of the course.

You might have to use JavaScript to pass the variables to a html doc.  I created an assessment tool for a client and passed the users responses/results and action plan to an html doc.

I can't show it to you as is because it contains client info, but maybe if I get some time, I can create a more generic version and post it.  But in the meantime, take a look at the thread on generating a certificate - it contains the basics for what you need to do.
