How can we get the detailed Result report of quiz set in Storyline 360.

We have created customized quiz set of 30 questions in SL 360. In Result slide, we have added Print button to get the report. But, when we click the Print button and enter our email address, we did not get any email in inbox. 

In some instance, we get the report for some learners at the LMS (new window) but not for everyone. 

What can be the reason for this? 

We need detailed result report for each and every learner.

Please help.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you would like to accomplish with your Storyline project.

If you need to track learners' progress and results, we recommend using a learning management system (LMS). Storyline 360 supports cmi5, Tin Can API (xAPI), SCORM 2004, SCORM 1.2, and AICC LMSs. If you are not getting consistent reporting here, I'd recommend reaching out to your LMS team directly.

We want every feature in our software to work well. Unfortunately, there’s no way to email quiz results easily, accurately, and consistently. For example, if you use Gmail or your computer’s security settings are high, you can’t email results. Also, you run the risk of learners tampering with results since they can access the email before it’s sent. Given these limitations, we decided not to include the email results feature in new products.

The ability to Print Results is a button you can add to your Result Slides:
