How do I disable the ability to correct quiz responses during review?

Hi,

I'm working out the glitches for a new module for the company I work for.

After completing the module quiz and clicking the review button, I was able to respond correctly to the questions labeled incorrect. This specifically happened for 'press key' responses, and affected my quiz score at the end.

I shouldn't be able to correct the incorrect responses during the review/feedback slides. Instead, the user should only be able to view feedback and then have to click the 'Retry' button at the end to take the whole quiz and get a better score.

How do I disable the ability to make correct responses during review/feedback slide? Is there a trigger, setting or JS solution for this?
