I am creating a quiz using Articulate Storyline 2. There are 2 questions. The second question is dependent on the first answer. For example: if the student answers 'No' to question 1 they are done and can exit. If the student answers 'Yes' to question 1 they should proceed to question 2 to answer it and then exit. I haven't been able to figure out how to do this. Is this possible? Thanks for your help.

If it is not graded, you can add triggers to the submit button:
If Answer == "yes" jump to next slide when user clicks submit button
If Answer == "No" jump to second question slide when user clicks ...
Just be sure they are above the submit trigger
