Hello, I'm using storyline 2 and a majority of the slides go through by autoplay. When viewing the course on a tablet the tablet would automatically go to sleep because it thinks it is idle. How can I prevent this from happening?
Hi Andrei! That sounds like it would be a General Setting for the lock or sleep functionality on the individual tablet. Not something we could control via the course.
Settings > Display > Screen timeout or Sleep setting
Hi, I was wondering if Storyline had any updates on this. Maybe recent android, iPhone or browser updates had allowed Storyline to prevent tablets and mobiles from going to sleep now with some kind of software update?
