How do I reset a drag and drop question?

I have included a drag and drop question into my story.

I don't need them to get it 'right', just to consider their choice.

I want them to be ABLE to repeat the process if they chose by selecting the chapter on the menu (or repeat on the seek bar).

I have tried several options* but been unable to reset the question.

How do I do this?

*Adding multiple attempts forces them to redo it until it is correct and unable to change once correct.

*Attempted to a trigger to reset results but doesn't have any options under 'results'

*Changing the status of the drag items for each layer to 'normal' or 'drag over' when the user clicks 'Continue' button does not work.

So far I have found that Storyline will do what I want but you just need to know what box to click where.
