I need to be able to change the name of text boxes and cannot figure out how to do this. Example: Where it says TextBox25 I need to change it to say what is in the box for ADA Compliance with screen readers. Does anyone know how to do this? Or can it not be done?

Click the name of a textbox in the timeline and then change it.
On the timeline, you double click on the "TextBox Name" in the left column, then you can rename it like you want.
My example is written in french but does not change the method... You can see that I renamed the text box.
