I am doing a QnA project and i was wondering. like i want to change the slide, if someone click the wrong answer to a different slide and if the answer is correct it will be in a different slide. Suppose wrong answer for "Oops slide" and right answer for "horay slide".

you can either add buttons to let the user manually proceed to these separate slides or you can add the feedback on layers on the same slide:
