It sounds like you want to give the user different feedback based on what incorrect answer they select for a Multiple Choice question.
To do that, follow these steps:
In the QUESTION TOOLS>DESIGN ribbon, go to the Feedback field and select By Choice.
After you select Feedback: By Choice, Storyline will re-arrange the Form View of the question slide. Enter the feedback text in the fields provided.
After you enter text, Storyline will automatically create layers with that feedback. You can edit the content on those layers, as needed. (Do notrename the layers.) Storyline will automatically show the appropriate layer when the user answers the question.
